Why is my refund from ADAC taking so long? I have paid twice for ADAC membership in 2017.
There was a misunderstanding on my account and I have paid my ADAC fee twice in 2017. I was sent a cheque refund which, my bank will not accept because my account is in France. I returned the cheque to ADAC and it was received on the 23rd October 2017. I have been told it might take up to four months! I paid by Visa Debit card so, why wasn't my card credited? Each time I contact the English speaking ADAC helpline I am told that the matter is dealt with by another office and not to contact the helpline again regarding this matter. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated.
